WHAT IS INCLUDED IN AN 80 LOWER JIG TOOLKIT?

Each kit includes the following:

  • Speedmill™ (Coated Solid Carbide End Mill option available)

  • 3/8 Drill Bit

  • 5/32 Drill Bit

  • 21/64 Drill Bit

Our speed mills are now adjoined with our new heat-shrunk tool holder, this combination virtually eliminates deflection and total runout to ensure a CNC like quality finish. 

REPLACEMENT 80% LOWER JIG PARTS

There are many benefits to purchasing spare or replacement parts for your jig. Purchasing replacement parts not only extends the life of your 80 percent lower jig but also removes need to purchase a new 80% lower jig should you ever break or lose a part. Just like any tool, it’s important that you keep up with maintenance, and replace worn parts and components! That being said, our Easy Jig® Gen 3 is designed to last a lifetime, and as long as you take care of it; It will always take care of you.
